1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PlayQueue, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

PlayQueue is a backlog tracking service that allows users to organize and track games, movies, and TV shows they want to play or watch.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious code or content

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding user content) remain the property of PlayQueue. Game, movie, and TV show metadata is provided by third-party APIs (IGDB, TMDB) under their respective terms.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the service (notes, ratings, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it in connection with providing the service.

7. Payment Terms

PlayQueue Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually through our payment provider. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel, which you can do at any time from your account — your Pro features remain active through the period you’ve already paid for. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except as required by law.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

PlayQueue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service.
